Ian Jenkins is in conversation with Rick Rothschild, who has worked with Disney for over 40 years and has contributed to 25 attractions. Rothschild tells of the big decision after his first degree in the USA: does he go to the east coast to pursue theatre, or to the west of the USA to work on films? He speaks on how he came to Disney and how the company changed. Rick also explains where his creativity and inspiration comes from and why he believes hierarchies and creativity are mutually exclusive.
