Endless expanses, snow-decked forests and lonely villages: Lapland, in the extreme north of Scandinavia, shows travellers the amazing way in which people can live in harmony with nature. This unique landscape, as well as the Sami culture, are fascinating to Thomas Mack and Danish TV chef Brian Bojsen. In the first episode of the series ‘MACK & BOJSEN – European Cuisine’ they embark on an adventure and a journey of discovery through Lapland to explore the particular culinary diversity found in the far north.
