When Thomas Mack tasted an Ollwiller Riesling in France a few years ago, he immediately knew it was something special. He visited the Ollwiller vineyard the very next day and fell in love with the beautiful Alsatian estate. In 2020, the Mack family acquired Château Ollwiller together with the vineyard and have been working with winemaker Mathieu Kauffmann to develop the wine ever since.

This documentary reveals the stunning story behind the almost 700-year-old castle and vineyard.
