Once again, Danish TV chef Brian Bojsen joins Thomas Mack on a culinary expedition to the far north of Scandinavia - Norway. 

There they find the perfect place to catch fresh fish. They put their fishing skills to the test on the world's strongest tidal currents - the Saltstraumen.
