Miriam Mack's biggest goal for the Croatian themed area at Europa-Park is to convey the authentic Croatian way of life.
To make this attitude to life tangible, she is travelling to the Istrian peninsula together with Ingo Dubinski. She wants to offer the country's high-quality products in the park and thus support the hard-working manufacturers and producers.
The first product they come across is well hidden: together with Armin Hadžić and two animal helpers, they set off in search of the coveted truffle. Will they find it?
The journey continues to a high-quality olive-growing region - Savudrija. The Matošević family harvest the fruit for the 'liquid gold'.
The next culinary stop: Cokuni. Aleš Winkler serves them both goat's cheese varieties that are unrivalled!
In addition to the delicious food, Miriam and Ingo also discover special places on the peninsula such as Hum, the smallest town in the world, and many other beautiful corners of Istria.
