Thomas surprises Brian with an old white sports car. They set off on a tour through Alsace with screeching tyres. At Château Ollwiller, the second oldest winery in France, cellar master Mathieu Kauffmann surprises them with a very special wine. The next stop is particularly spicy: at the ‘Jardin Marianne’, Thomas and Brian taste fresh chillies that pack a punch!

At six o'clock in the morning, they visit Mathieu Deybach on his farm and taste an amazing cheese – this will serve as an important inspiration for the dish they want to create for Europa-Park. In the kitchen of restaurant ‘Amitié – La Cuisine du Château’ in Hartmannswiller, Thomas and Brian then develop the ‘Pain Marianne’.

Find out how to prepare the ‘Pain Marianne’ in this episode of ‘MACK & BOJSEN - European Cuisine’. You can now try it for yourself in the ‘Spirit of St. Louis’ bar at the ‘Bell Rock’ hotel.
